Refund and Returns Policy for JacketLoft

Thank you for shopping with JacketLoft! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The jacket must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized jackets (unless defective or damaged)
  • Jackets that have been worn or used
  • Jackets returned without the original tags or packaging

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any jacket not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Jackets returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

Exchanges:

We only replace jackets if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a jacket, please contact us via email at support@jacketloft.pk.

Shipping Returns:

To return your jacket, mail it to: [Physical address]. You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged jacket to reach you may vary. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned jacket.
