Thank you for shopping with JacketLoft! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The jacket must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

Customized jackets (unless defective or damaged)
Jackets that have been worn or used
Jackets returned without the original tags or packaging

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

Any jacket not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Jackets returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
